What has been the biggest change in your life because of your weight loss surgery?

My major one would be my HEALTH. Going off nearlly all my medication, my confidence, and been able to fit into smaller clothes now. I also find myself socialising more.

What has been the biggest challenge with your weight loss procedure?

Realising that I can't eat a lot of the foods that I used to eat that contributed to the weight gain.

What 5 tips would you give a potential patient?

1. Make sure you do it for the right reasons.
2. Be positive.
3. Do it for yourself.
4. Expect to have up and down weeks.
5. Give it time because every body is different.

What has your experience with weight loss surgery been like?

1. More energy.
2. More confidence in myself.
3. My health has improved.
4. Learning about food.
5. Seeing my body shape change.

Do you have any additional comments?

I would reccommend to anyone who wants to change their life for the better to have the surgery done.  It's been the best thing I've ever done and I would not change a thing now,  I could never go back. It will change your life forever.  I feel so much more energetic and am loving my life now.
